JIA has experience in multiple facility types. Our services include both Design/Build and Design/Bid/Build projects. Our success is rooted on our ability and willingness to work WITH architects, general contractors & sub-contractors and not AGAINST them. We believe that a successful project fulfills the need/wants of the owner while staying within budget.
